The UBDD30 is typically installed between two base cabinets beneath a continuous countertop. It can also be positioned between a base cabinet and a properly installed dishwasher return panel when the surrounding layout provides adequate support.
The standard 24-inch depth aligns with surrounding base cabinets, creating a seamless built-in appearance throughout the kitchen.
This cabinet is not a freestanding desk. The countertop and desk drawer cabinet must be properly supported by the surrounding cabinetry, panels, or framing selected for the installation.

Soft-close drawer glides provide smooth, quiet operation. The unfinished maple exterior is ready for paint, stain, or clear coat, while the cabinet interior already includes a clear natural protective finish.

The unfinished maple exterior can be painted, stained, or clear coated to coordinate with the surrounding cabinetry. Maple can absorb stain unevenly, so proper preparation with a quality wood conditioner or sanding sealer is recommended before staining.
